CNC Machining Capabilities
CCT’s Machining Capabilities are cutting edge. Through our advanced plastics machining techniques, we are able to get the highest performance from our state-of-the-art CADCAM software and our five vertical machining centers and our CNC turning center. Through our years of experience, we are also aware of the different thermal growth and hydroscopic characteristics of the wide variety of plastics we deal with. We have equipped our climate-controlled production area with centralized vacuum and dust collection to guarantee the most contamination-free environment possible.
It is our consistent goal to provide our personnel with the best equipment possible to achieve our customer’s tightest tolerances.
