Our plastic machining capabilities are cutting edge. Through our advanced plastics machining techniques, we are able to get the highest performance from our state-of-the-art CADCAM software and our five vertical machining centers and our CNC turning center.
Our CNC routers offer an attractive complement to die-cutting, stamping, laser and waterjet. Many of our customers are manufacturers who subcontract with us to machine parts that don’t fit well with their core processes.
Our QC department operates two non-contact optical inspections machines that allow us to measure your parts against a CAD file to ensure accuracy.

Founded in 1999, we are a machine shop specializing in plastic materials. We operate several different types of CNC controlled equipment to maximize the services we can offer.
Our multi-head CNC routers are capable of efficiently and accurately machining parts from sheet stock. By running multiple parts under multiple heads, we can achieve part costs that you would expect from die cutting with quality that you would expect from machining or water jet cutting.
